Somerset Grand Central Dalian

We have stayed many times at sommerset, the staffs at the front desk are very nice and friendly. Mrs. Josie always make us feel like going back home and prepare an extra duvet for my daughter just in case we need it. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable.

The quality of the apartment was great, beds very comfortable and lots of space. The staff on reception were very helpful and the housekeeping staff on the floor excellent. It was easy to find local services, restaurants and shops nearby. Gym excellent.

Breakfast was good, but pretty basic. Mostly we liked the location, service, and size of the room was perfect for family of 3. Reception staff were very helpful and both lunch and dinner menus were also good value for the money! There is a convenience store next to the lobby which made getting drinks and snacks quite easy. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and had a seperate kitchen too which was a nice addition, definitely a comfortable stay. Only comment I can make is that the living areas of my room were not as 'new' as I expected but I always stay in very new hotels. The staff are very nice :)

The appartement had everything you need to make you feel at home. The ground floor has a small markert for all essentials. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.
